Also, drinking more water will help boost your metabolism…. Not by a lot, but it will assist in speeding things up through your system.
2. Eat Alkaline Foods:
Eating Alkaline Foods is all about keeping your body in balance.
If you’re not already aware, a highly acidic diet can lead to a lot of health problems such as poor blood circulation, heart problems, fatigue, achy joints, memory loss, low libido, constipation, bloating, respiratory problems and weight gain.

3. Reward Yourself:
Schedule a ‘Cheat Day’!
By this I mean, schedule one day out of your week when you’re going to allow yourself to indulge with your favorite cheat food. By penciling it into your schedule, the guilt will not be present when you indulge. Also, this will allow yourself to stay grounded and stay in the driver’s seat of your nutrition.
In the past, this is where I’ve dropped the ball. By not scheduling when I would let myself indulge, things became unmeasurable and so there would be a loss of motivation to keep on with a healthy diet.
So go ahead and schedule that cheat day! Not only will it make you feel better to get it out of your system, but it will give you a boost of self confidence know you are in the driver’s seat and in full control of your nutrition. In turn, this will drive you to making healthy choices throughout the week such as drinking lots of water and enriching your body with Alkaline rich foods.
